In this high tech age where one is challenged to have an interactive communication with a living being, we chose to make one-on-one contact readily accessible. The real estate and mortgage businesses are highly technical and significant dialogue is imperative. We know that each deal we touch at The Tolan Real Estate Companies is a fingerprint, unique in its own way. For that reason, we take time to “know” our clients so that we can tailor make each transaction accordingly. Our service is “Old Fashioned” with stellar communications and a willingness to do whatever it takes at every turn.
For a company to excel it must employ outstanding individuals with great business acumen who are honest and hard working. Everyone we work with has the background, experience, work ethic and desire to perform at a high level every day. However, we recognize this merely as the bare minimum. Beyond these basics, our staff is willing to iron out even the slightest wrinkles. We know that the smallest details can make a great difference in a deal’s outcome. Here, everyone “sweats the details” on every transaction, and we believe the final results consistently reflect this fact.
Arriving at the optimal size can be a delicate balance. Our goal is, and always will be, to remain small enough to “custom” structure each transaction and to provide truly personalized service. Our only real consideration for having a larger company relates to our ability to service our client base optimally. We are abundantly cognizant of the need to closely monitor this delicate “size” balance, and do so on an ongoing basis.
